For your reference we provide a history of your support requests for a minimum of six months. Note that if you send your request via email to: email@example.com and do not receive a reply your message may have been marked as spam. We recommend opening a ticket via our web based ticket system to eliminate the possibility that a spam filter might inhibit communications between you and our support staff.
